We've enjoyed working with friendly and professional
Blair Mone on a number of occasions...and several
of those sequences are available in Muscle Profiles
3. However, the pinnacle of Blair's condition (to
date!) has to be his amazing condition at the 2005
NPC Nationals in Atlanta, where a newly streamlined,
ripped and huge Blair amazed the audience with his
lean and solid super heavyweight muscularity.
We were lucky enough to have our cameras available,
and the following day Blair flexed and posed for
us, providing a fitting finale to his great MP3
sequences. |
